Visiting a Counsellor

Stress and anxiety, grief and loss, addiction, compulsive behaviours, increased alcohol or substance use. Life transitions and change, challenge and conflict. All can lead to feelings of confusion, uncertainty, being empty, adrift and losing hope.

Counselling helps us to discover our strengths, identify our values, find strategies to live effectively in the present, have goals and dreams for the future and find healing for the past.

In my early twenties in a difficult and painful relationship I was referred to a counsellor. He said something to me that I have never forgotton. It reframed everything, strengthened me, and empowered me to draw on the resilience within.

The powerful evidence-base for the value of counselling, talk-therapy in our lives is undisputed. So please if you have something on your heart and mind, dont’ hesitate to give me a call.
